Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right!

Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Domestic shipping is scheduled at 6:00 P.M. Philippine Standard Time every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The tracking number will be sent once your package is picked up from our location.
International shipping is via PHLPOST for packages up to 2 kilograms and DHL Express for packages more than 2 kilograms.
For international orders, the cut-off is every Thursday. Packages are dropped off every Friday at both PHLPOST and DHL Express. Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as your package is dropped off.
